Setting up a block property as a measure of effectiveness (SysML)
This procedure applies only to Block Properties of type Value.
To determine whether a block property is set up as a measure of effectiveness:
1. Open the Block Property's Property Pages.
2. If there is a tab named moe, the Block Property is set up as a measure of effectiveness.
To set up a block property as a measure of effectiveness:
1. Right-click the Block Property, and then select > .
If the moe command is a checked command (it has a check mark to the left of the command), the Block Property is already set up as a measure of effectiveness and you can abandon this task.
2. Click the moe command.
