Creating a parameter
You can create Parameters through the context menus and signatures of their owning items.
To create a parameter through the context menu of the owning item:
1. Locate the Activity, Event, Exception or Operation for which you want to create a Parameter.
2. Right-click the item, and select > .
3. Type the name of the Parameter, and then press the Enter key.
4. Define the properties of the Parameter through its Property Pages.
To create a parameter through the signature of the owning item:
1. Locate the Activity, Event or Operation for which you want to create a Parameter.
2. Open the item's Property Pages.
3. Click the Signature tab.
4. Change the signature as necessary to create the new Parameter.
