Public write (property)

If you select the Public Write check box:
• Users can open the model.
• Users can change items in the Model or any of its Packages.
If you clear the Public Write check box:
• Users are not granted public write access, but can gain write access through Database, Model and Package access permissions.

This property is set on the Access Permissions tab of a model's Property Pages.
By default, the Public Write check box is selected in a new Model.
