This property specifies that the Column is used to define the prime key of the owning table.

By default, the Prime check box is cleared and not available. The Prime check box is available only if the Column cannot be null, that is, the Can Be Null check Box is cleared.

On a Table Relationships Diagram, a Column that is used to define the prime key is indicated through the Column being underlined.

This property is set on the Options tab of a Column's Property Pages.
