This property specifies whether a Class is an active Class or a passive Class.

If a Class is an active Class, on a Class Diagram the following notation is used.

By default the Active check box is cleared.

This property is set on the Options tab of a Class' Property Pages.

If you create a Reception for a Class, Modeler sets the Class to active. If you change a Class from active to passive, Modeler deletes any Receptions that the Class owns.
