Changing common properties of items
If you select multiple items, you can use the Property Pages to set common properties of those items.
To set common properties of multiple items:
1. On a diagram or in the Contents pane, select the items whose properties you want to set.
To select multiple items, press and hold the Ctrl key while you select the items.
2. In the Property Pages, set the common properties you want to set.
The properties you set are applied to all the selected items.
