Upgrading State Diagrams from 7.3 or Earlier
Due to the introduction of a State Machine object, when a State Diagram created before 7.3 is first opened in 7.4 or later, an upgrade warning will be shown. You may update just this State Diagram, or all State Diagrams in the model. A command line tool is also provided to automate the process if necessary:
SMUpgrade.exe <Model Ref>
where ModelRef is the reference (in double-quotes if it contains spaces) to the model to be upgraded.
