An operation from one package calls an operation in a different package (as shown on a sequence diagram).

These are important operations to check as they will show the coupling between your packages. Ideally, packages will be highly cohesive and it will be clear that the interpackage operations show clear differences in responsibility.

Once you are happy that the interpackage operation does not indicate poor package cohesion, ignore the review item.
