Qualifier (automation interface)
A Qualifier provides more information about the relationship between Actors, Class objects (Class, Data Type, Interface or Signal items), Attributes and Roles. It is a special attribute that reduces the effective multiplicity of an association.

Relationship to Comments that are owned by the Qualifier.
