Creating links on an internal block diagram (SysML)
You can create Actor Connectors, Connectors, Binding Connectors and Dependencies on an Internal Block Diagram.
To create a link with way points, create the link and then drag the link to create the way points.

Important: When working with Internal Block Diagrams, do not roll up features using the Roll Up, Roll Up Features and Roll Up Contextual Features commands.
To create an actor connector:
1. On the diagram's toolbar, click the Shallow Actor Connector or Shallow Uni-Directional Actor Connector button.
2. Click the start item, and then click the end item (one item must be an Actor).
To create a binding connector:
1. On the diagram's toolbar, click the Shallow Binding Connector or Shallow Uni-Directional Binding Connector button.
2. Click the start Block Property or port, and then click the end Block Property or port.
Note that Block Properties marked as Value can be bound to other Block Properties only if they are also Value. All other Block Properties that are Part/Reference can be connected only to Block Properties that are also Part/Reference.
To create a connector:
1. On the diagram's toolbar, click the Shallow Connector or Shallow Uni-Directional Connector button.
2. Click the start Block Property or port, and then click the end Block Property or port.
To create a dependency:
1. On the diagram's toolbar, click the Abstraction, Dependency, Realization or Usage button.
2. Click the start item, and then click the end item.
