This substitution token is used for generating Ada only.

The %operation_decls% substitution token is used to generate the variable declarations that are local to a procedure. This substitution token is replaced with either the tagged value of the Operation's Ada Declaration Text tag definition or the procedure's variable declarations from the code. What text replaces the substitution token is dependent on whether reverse is enabled in ACS.
