A Simulink model can be imported as a Modeler SysML Requirement. You cannot export Modeler Requirements to a Simulink model.

When you import a Simulink model, Integration for MATLAB Simulink creates a Requirement for the top-level Simulink block diagram. If the top-level block diagram owns child block diagrams, those child block diagrams are imported as child Requirements of the Requirement that is created for the top-level block diagram.

An image of the Simulink block diagram is added to the Description property of the Requirement that is created for it.
