Which ports are used by Modeler?

If there is a firewall between the Modeler client and server, the firewall must allow use of the following ports:

• 1433 - port number for the SQL Server instance, sqlservr.exe

• 1434 - port number for UPD connections to the Microsoft SQL Server Browser service, sqlbrowser.exe

• 27000 - port number for the PTC Integrity Modeler License Server service. This port number can be changed by adding a new port number to the end of the SERVER line in the floating license file.
