You can show compartments on Classes, Data Types, Interfaces and Signals on Class Diagrams and Composite Structure Diagrams; Instances on Object Diagrams; Parts on Composite Structure Diagrams. See

To show compartments on a linked note through the Utilities profile:
2. Right-click the diagram symbol for which you want to add a callout note, point to Add, and then click Callout Note.
3. From the dialog, specify which compartments you want to show on the callout Note.
To show compartments for Properties, expand the Properties folder and select the check boxes for the properties you want to show.
To show compartments for Roles, expand the Roles folder and select the check boxes for the roles you want to show, that is, items that are linked through the selected roles.
4. Click OK.
5. On the diagram, drag the Callout Note to the required position.
