• Show Name of Attached Item—specifies that the Name of the linked item (if there is one) is shown.
• Show as Box—specifies that the Note is shown as a box.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking the diagram background, the check boxes you select set the default view options for any Notes that are added to the diagram there after.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking one or more selected Notes, the check boxes you select change the view options of those Notes.
