• Show Name — specifies that the name of the IO Flow is shown.
• Show Type — specifies that the type of the IO Flow is shown.
The format used when showing the name and type of an IO Flow is as follows:
<io flow name>:<io flow type>
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking the diagram background, the check boxes you select set the default view options for any IO Flows that are added to the diagram there after.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking one or more selected IO Flows, the check boxes you select change the view options of those IO Flows.
