Dependency view options - some diagrams
The «realization» Dependency can appear on the following diagram types: Class Diagram, Composite Structure Diagram, Object Diagram, Profile Diagram and Use Case Diagram.
The following view options are available:
Subtype—specifies whether the criteria for showing the name of the «dependency» Dependency subtype on the symbol:
Show subtype when not showing stereotypes—the name of the subtype is not shown only if any of the «dependency» Dependency's stereotypes are set up as shown on the diagram.
Always show subtype—the name of the subtype is shown.
Never show subtype—the name of the subtype is not shown.
Show Name—specifies that the Name of the «dependency» Dependency is shown.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking the diagram background, the check boxes you select set the default view options for any «dependency» Dependencies that are added to the diagram there after.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking one or more selected «dependency» Dependencies, the check boxes you select change the view options of those Dependencies.
