You construct the Constraints Diagram in the same way as you do for other diagrams, by selecting toolbar icons to
add items to the diagram, or by
dragging items from the dictionary onto your Constraints Diagram.
A Constraints Diagram represents a Constraints Model which you can
construct in the dictionary.
