Import new packages command (CM tool integration)

This command allows you to reuse a Package (latest version) from a CM tool Model. If you add a Package from a different CM tool model, the Package is not stored with the current CM tool Model, but it is referenced by the parent Package.

This command appears on the context menu when you right-click a Model or Package, and then point to Tools > Configuration Management.

This command is not available when integrated with IBM Rational ClearCase. Users of ClearCase must use the Tools > Package Import/Export > Import.

To use this command you require a Modeler license and a CM Integration license. In addition, this command is not available when the CM tool integration is disabled - you can enable and disable the CM tool integration through the Enable Configuration Management Integration check box for the General entry on the Tool Options dialog.
