• Show Name - specifies that the Name of the Association is shown.
• Show Role Names - specifies that the Names of the Association's Roles are shown.
• Show Access Character- specifies that shown Roles on the Association are prefixed by their access characters, that is, + for public, - for private, # for protected or ~ for package.
Note that when the Association or Composite Aggregation symbol is being used to show a Central Buffer, Data Store, Input Pin, Output Pin or Call Behavior Operation, only the Show Role Names option is available.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking the diagram background, the check boxes you select set the default view options for any Associations that are added to the diagram there after.
If you opened the View Options by right-clicking one or more selected Associations, the check boxes you select change the view options of those Associations.
