Populating a class diagram through an import file (Connector for IBM Rational Rose)
If the Create Import Files for Each Package check box is selected, Connector for IBM Rational Rose creates an import file for each package you import. Each import file resides in the model folder, and is named <package name>.ini.

1. From Modeler, open the Class Diagram you want to populate.
2. Right-click in free space, point to Populate, and then click Class From File
3. Select the required import file, and then click OK
The Package and its items are added to the Class Diagram.
To determine the folder in which a Modeler model resides:
1. In Modeler, open the required model.
2. Through a Stereotype, apply a text type Tag Definition named Directory to the Model.
3. Open the Model's Property Pages.
4. Click the Text tab
5. In the drop-down list, select Directory
The value of the Directory property is set to the location in which the Model resides.
