Opening a locality constraint report (IDL code)
You can open a Locality Constraint Report only if you have Microsoft Excel installed.
The report is regenerated each time it is opened in Microsoft Excel.
To open the locality constraint report:
• Right-click the Locality Constraint Report, and then click Open.
Alternatively
• Double-click the Locality Constraint Report.
