Creating an internal component diagram (IDL code)
There are two commands for creating an Internal Component Diagram.
To create an internal component diagram that shows the component's ports
1. Right-click the Component for which you are creating the Internal Component Diagram, point to New, and then clickInternal Component Diagram (with Ports).
2. Type the name of the diagram, and then press the Enter key.
The Component's Ports are shown on the diagram.
To create an internal component diagram that does not show the component's ports
1. Right-click the Component for which you are creating the Internal Component Diagram, point to New, and then clickInternal Component Diagram (without Ports).
2. Type the name of the diagram, and then press the Enter key.
The Component's Ports are not shown on the diagram. You can populate the Component's Ports at a later time.
