Updating TDK models to work with the latest version of TDK (TDK)
Modeler is typically provided with updated ACS Code Generator DLLs and the TDK Code Generator profiles from which those updated ACS Code Generator DLLs were generated.
If you are using customized ACS Code Generator DLLs and want to continue using the TDK models you have customized, you have two options:
• You can apply the customizations you made to the new TDK3G models that are provided with Modeler, and then regenerate your ACS Code Generator DLLs using TDK.
• You can update the TDK profile in your TDK models, and then regenerate your ACS Code Generator DLLs using TDK.
To update the TDK profile package (and other PTC profile packages) in a TDK model:
1. In Modeler, open the model that contains the TDK profile that requires updating.
2. Right-click the TDK Profile or TDK Generation Framework profile, and then click Update All Profiles.
