Parameter (operational) (UPDM - DoDAF aliases)
Creation
To create a Parameter (Operational):
On the Select Type dialog, create or select the element that is the type of the Parameter (Operational), or create an untyped Parameter (Operational).
The type of a Parameter (Operational) can be a
Performer (System),
Energy,
Exchange Element,
Geo Political Extent Type,
Operational Context,
Performer (Operational),
Organization Type,
System Context,
Person Role Type,
System,
Responsibility,
Security Domain,
Service Access, or
Software element.
A Parameter (Operational) can be represented by an
Input Pin (Operational) or
Output Pin (Operational) on an
OV-5 Operational Activity Model. You can create a Parameter (Operational) element when creating an Input Pin (Operational) or Output Pin (Operational).
Appearance
A Parameter (Operational) does not appear on any diagrams.
