Integrity Modeler 9.0 will not work with existing licenses for 8.5. To upgrade from an earlier version, you must obtain replacement license keys. Please log a case to request a license upgrade at https://support.ptc.com and attach your existing license file. When you receive your new license, open License Manager and use the Replace command to add the license file to ensure that it is stored in the correct location.
