Connecting to Microsoft Entra ID-enabled OSLC Servers

For PTC Modeler 10.3, PTC supports Modeler to Modeler integration where both client and server are fully configured for Microsoft Entra ID.

Integration with any other OSLC provider using Microsoft Entra ID is not supported. If you attempt to integrate any other OSLC provider, PTC Modeler displays the following error message:

PTC Modeler then proceeds to connect with basic authentication.

When mapping a Microsoft Entra ID enabled PTC Modeler OSLC server, do not select the Enable SSO option. The PTC Modeler OSLC client detects Microsoft Entra ID support and informs users that their existing Microsoft Entra credentials will be used for the connection.
