Public write (property)

This property is set on the Access Permissions tab of a model's Property Pages.
By default, the Public Write check box is selected in a new Model.
If you select the Public Write check box in a model, you can
• Open the model.
• Change items in the Model or any of its Packages.
If you clear the Public Write check box:
If you have read permission on a database, you cannot write to the model.
