This property specifies that all users of the database can open “Public Read” models.

This property applies to models that are not on the database.

Clearing the Public Read check box does not necessarily prevent Modeler users from opening the model.

This property is set on the Access Permissions tab of a model's Property Pages. Note that you select the model in either the Relationships pane or Package pane.

By default, the Public Read check box is selected in a new Model.
