Copying access permissions from the parent package
1. Open the Property Pages for the Package.
2. Click the Access Permissions tab.
3. Click the Copy Permissions From Parent Package button.
* 
• Access permissions are overwritten, not appended.
• You cannot change the access permissions of a Model that is checked in to a CM tool.
