Deleting a login
Deleting a login user or group only removes access to Modeler. To remove the login from the SQL Server instance, the SQL administrator must remove it from the database using SSMS.

Consider the following points before you delete a login:
1. Only Modeler System Administrators and SQL Server Administrators can delete login users or groups.
2. User cannot delete self login.
3. SQL Server Administrator can drop all logins.
4. Modeler System Administrators cannot drop other Modeler System Administrators logins.

Deleting a server login user or group
To delete a server login user or group:
1. Start Model Explorer. For more information, refer to Starting Model Explorer.
2. In the left navigation pane, expand the SQL icon.
3. Right-click on a server that contains the user or group that you want to delete and select > .
The Delete Login dialog appears.
4. From the Select User or Group name list, select the user or group that you want to delete and click OK. The selected login is deleted.
