This property specifies that an Attribute or Role is composite, that is, the items referenced by the Attribute or Role are exclusively owned.

For an Attribute, the Composite check box is selected by default.

For a Role, and the Composite property is derived from the Composite Aggregation property of the associated Association.

Aggregate Roles and Attributes represent Parts and Ports. For more information about Parts and Ports, see Overview of parts and Overview of ports.

This property appears on the Options tab of an Attribute's or Role's Property Pages.
