Text Styles
Easily apply preconfigured formatting to text or text regions in your worksheet using Text Styles.

Benefits and Description:
With Text Styles you can quickly apply preferred formatting styles to different documentation elements in the worksheet. Text Styles provide an easy way to create visual consistency for documentation sections throughout the worksheet. You can reuse a specific text formatting setup by creating a style based on that setup. You can add the style to a text style gallery and apply the style to any text or text region selection within the worksheet. PTC Mathcad Prime 9.0 comes with several default text styles you can use, modify, or delete. You can also create new, custom text styles. Text style formatting options include:
Font
Font size
Font color
Highlight color
Bold, Italic, Underline
Paragraph formatting
Gradient Operator
Insert and use the Gradient Operator with both numeric and symbolic engines.

Benefits and Description:
The Gradient Operator, under the Calculus Operators category, returns the gradient of a scalar function with respect to defined variables. You can evaluate the operator both numerically and symbolically.
Internal Links
Create links from text to different regions within the same worksheet. Use internal links to quickly navigate to specific sections of your documentation or calculation from relevant text.

Benefits and Description:
Create links between a source text selection and a target region in the worksheet. Click the linked source text selection to navigate the worksheet and display the target region. The source of an internal link can be any text selection within a text region. The target region of an internal link can be any region type.
