To Insert a Table
1. In a worksheet, click where you want to place the table.
2. On the Matrices/Tables tab, in the Matrices and Tables group, click Insert Table, and then drag the pointer to select the desired table dimensions.
3. Select the number of elements to define the number of data sets and the size of the longest data set.
The maximum size of a table that can be inserted from the Ribbon is 10 rows by 10 columns. To insert additional rows or columns, press Shift+Enter to add a new row, or Shift+Space to add a new column.
