You can customize the Ribbon by showing or hiding the contents of the Traces, Axes, and Chart tabs. Hiding the contents of the tabs minimizes the Ribbon and leaves more room for the chart area.
You can minimize or maximize the Ribbon in one of three ways:
• Press Ctrl+F1
• Double-click any of the Traces, Axes, or Chart tabs
• Click the Minimize the Ribbon icon located next to the Command Search icon
