To Copy Regions or Worksheets to WORD
1. In an open worksheet, select one or more regions, or pages, that you want to copy to the clipboard.
Alternatively, press Ctrl+A to select the whole worksheet.
2. Press Ctrl+C to copy the selected regions.
Alternatively, on the Math tab, in the Clipboard group, click Copy.
3. Open a new or existing WORD document.
4. To paste the content of the clipboard, click an insertion point inside the WORD document and then apply one of the following paste options:
◦ Ctrl+V or Keep Source Formatting
Preserves the layout of the pasted content.
◦ Merge Formatting
Does not preserve the layout of the pasted content. Instead, regions are pasted into the WORD page top-to-bottom and left-justified.
The result of pasting the content of the clipboard depends on the copied regions and the paste option that you apply.
