1. To stop all calculations in your worksheet, on the Calculation tab, in the Controls group, click Stop All Calculations.

2. To resume calculations, on the Calculation tab, in the Controls group, click Auto Calculation.

3. To stop calculation inside specific regions, select one or more regions then on the Calculation tab, in the Controls group, click Disable Region.

4. To resume calculation inside the disabled regions, select the disabled regions then on the Calculation tab, in the Controls group, click Disable Region. Regions that are dependent on the selected region are also recalculated.
