Troubleshooting instructions are for both Windows and Linux installations. On Windows, commands must be run inside a Linux virtual machine. Run PowerShell as an administrator, then run the following command before executing any of the troubleshooting commands:
Connect-EFlowVM

Errors and issues are reported in the Event Log.
If you encounter problems, open a case with PTC using the Case Logger.
* 
Kepware+ does not require the "inspector" window that accompanies most web browsers. Console errors, such as error code 404 or 500, may appear in the inspector window such as when network issues occur. They can be disregarded (unless a technical support professional requests them).
