Possible Cause:
1. The MMS instance certificate / private key failed to authenticate with the device.
2. The trust store certificate(s) failed to authenticate with the device.
Solution:
Verify the MMS instance certificate and the trust store certificate(s) in the device as well as in the server administration Certificate Store. Restart the server for any changes to take effect. Refer to the reason in the event log message for more information.
