Possible Cause:
1. The MMS instance certificate / private key failed to load.
2. The trust store certificate(s) failed to load.
Solution:
Verify the MMS instance certificate and the trust store certificate(s) in the server administration Certificate Store. Restart the server for any changes to take effect. Refer to the reason in the event log message for more information.
