The tool at the top of the toolbox is the Arrow tool. Use the Arrow tool to select elements or manipulate them in various ways. There are two variations of this tool: the Arrow tool for manipulating individual elements and the Arrow (+) tool for selecting an element directly from a group (both supporting the same manipulation features). Both of these can also be used in 3D mode.
