Receiving Your License Pack
Use the licensing web tool on the PTC.com

Licensing tab to request the PTC license pack file containing the license codes you configured for your new software. The file will be sent to you by email. (See
Configuring Licenses for licensing web tool instructions.)
When you use the licensing web tool to Configure New Software or Reconfigure Software Licenses, you are automatically prompted to have the license pack sent to you when you are done. You can also have an existing license pack sent any time using the web tool’s Retrieve Existing License Packs option.
You receive your PTC license pack file attached to an email message from LM@PTC.com. The attached license pack is a text file with a filename of the form lm_xxxxxxxx_standard.txt. The email message may contain licensing instructions for several PTC software products, depending on the content of the license pack file.
Save the attached license pack file, lm_xxxxxxxx_standard.txt, and note where you saved it.
• If you install Arbortext IsoDraw with a locked license, you must specify the location of the license pack file during installation.
• If you install Arbortext IsoDraw with a floating license, you need not specify the location of the license pack file during installation. However, your system administrator must know where to find it in order to configure the PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher license management software before you install the Arbortext IsoDraw software.

Arbortext IsoDraw installer. (See
