To Download PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher

You only need to download and install PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher floating license management software if you want to run Arbortext IsoDraw using a floating license.

You need a valid PTC user account on PTC.com to download the PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher software. To request a user account, go to https://www.ptc.com/appserver/common/account/create.jsp.

You must download FLEXnet version 11.10.x or later.

Follow the steps below to download the PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher software.

1. Go to PTC.com and log in.

2. From the PTC.com home page, click Support, and then click Order or Download Software Updates.

3. On the updates page, https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/software_update/swupdate.jsp, click PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher.

4. Save the PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher installer program to a location on your network.

After downloading, ask your system administrator to install the PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher software on the license server. You must have administrative rights on the license server to install the software.

Ask your system administrator which license server port number and server name to specify during Arbortext IsoDraw installation.

If you know the license server port number and server name, you can install the Arbortext IsoDraw application before PTC License Server: FLEXnet Publisher is installed.
