Batch Process Tool
The File > Batch process menu enables you to import, export, print, and run macros in batches. If you need to process a large number of files, the Batch process wizard can perform the process efficiently.
Entering Values in Dialog Boxes
During work, it is often the case that a value which is to be entered in a dialog box first has to be calculated. So that you do not have to interrupt your work to perform the calculation, Arbortext IsoDraw offers a facility for entering values with mathematical formulae. You can use the four basic arithmetic operations in conjunction with brackets. Always observe mathematical rules when entering values.
To explain this more clearly, here are two examples:
Find:
Angle of rotation for a ring of circles with 8 bores on the circumference.
Entry:
Rotate dialog box
360/8
Find:
Distribute a number of lines evenly over a length.
Length 85 mm, number 7
Entry:
Move dialog box
85/6
