When working in 3D mode, you can use both the projection tools Rotational surfaces in the toolbox and Extrusion tool in the Element > Advanced tools submenu. Selecting the 3D Transformation menu command switches to 3D mode. You can use the tools and commands to change elements in 3D mode.
