Working with Drag and Drop
Transferring Attributes and Other Settings between Files

This exercise introduces the Drag and Drop function. This function enables you to easily transfer attributes, colors, layers, and objects from one file to another.
The file drag_1.idr shows a section from a completed spare part drawing. Spare parts have also been drawn in the file drag_2.idr, but without positioning or spare parts created in color.
In the example, the pen for the position lines, the colors for the fills, and the layer for the positioning elements are to be transferred to drag_2.idr from the file drag_1.idr in order to complete the drawing.
