Importing Users
The import feature is helpful for adding users who have not yet auto-registered by logging in or for adding a number of users at one time. To avoid retrieving all users from your authentication domain at once and exceeding the performance limits of the Integrity Lifecycle Manager server, the Integrity Lifecycle Manager administration client provides a text search function that allows you to search for users in your authentication domain. You can then select the users returned by the search and import them into Integrity Lifecycle Manager.

To perform a mass import of non-realm users, use the im importuser command. For more information, see the CLI man pages.
When importing user names from Source Integrity Standard Edition, the import preserves the letter case.
