Installing Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent
One instance of the Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent must be installed on each remote machine for the purpose of automated test execution. You can install the Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent from the DVD as a silent install or GUI install.

Before performing a new installation of the Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent, ensure your system has sufficient disk space and memory. The installation program does not report an error when your system is running out of disk space.

On Windows, only users with system administrator privileges can install Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent. Insufficient privileges may cause the installation program to hang during the configuration.
On UNIX, the person performing the installation must have sufficient privileges to run the files.

The Integrity Lifecycle Manager DVD includes everything you need to install the Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent, including the mksagent.properties application file. You have the option of installing Integrity Lifecycle Manager Agent from the DVD browser, or by running mksagent.exe or mksagent.bin (based on your platform) located in the ../installs/agent/ directory on the Integrity Lifecycle Manager DVD.
