Unlocking a Document
To unlock a locked document in the Integrity Lifecycle Manager client GUI, select > . You cannot unlock a document from the Web interface.
You can also unlock multiple documents at once by selecting the documents that you want to unlock in list view and then selecting > . When unlocking multiple documents, all documents do not need to be of the same type but all must be unlockable by you.
You can unlock a document if you meet one or more of the following criteria:
• You own the lock on the document.
• You are a member of a group that owns the lock on the document.
• You are a member of the lock administrator group for the document type. Members of this group can unlock any locked document of this type.
