Creating a Query
To create a query:
1. Press ALT+Q and then press the down arrow key to select Create.
2. Press ENTER.
3. In the Name field, type a name for the query.
4. Press CTRL+TAB until Definition is selected.
5. Press TAB until Add Filter is selected.
6. Press ENTER. By default, the Fields filter is selected.
7. To select a field to query on, press TAB and then the down arrow key.
a. To filter the results list:
To filter the results list by text, press TAB to navigate to the text filter. Type a text string to match your search.
To apply attribute filters, press TAB to navigate to the that are filter and press SPACE.
b. Press TAB until the results list is selected.
c. To move up and down in the results list, press the up and down arrow keys.
d. To apply the selected data and close the data filter, press ENTER.
8. To select conditions for the filter, press TAB until Next is selected and then press ENTER.
9. Press TAB until a filter condition is selected and then use the arrow, number, ENTER, or SPACE keys to navigate and select values. If the filter condition contains a data filter, press the down arrow key.
a. To filter the results list:
To filter the results list by text, press TAB to navigate to the text filter. Type a text string to match your search.
To apply attribute filters, press TAB to navigate to the that are filter and press SPACE.
b. Press TAB until the results list is selected
c. To move up and down in the results list, press the up and down arrow keys.
d. For a single value field, apply the selected data and close the data filter by pressing ENTER. For a multi-value field, apply the selected data by pressing CTRL +. To add additional data to a multi-value field, select the data from the list using the arrow keys and then press CTRL +. When you are finished adding data to a multi-value field, close the data filter by pressing ENTER.
10. To add the filter to the query, press TAB until Finish is selected and then press ENTER.
11. To add additional filters to the query, repeat steps 4 - 10.
12. To save the query, press TAB until OK is selected and then press ENTER.
